• These business norms apply to all associated with Crystal India Industries.
• All to whom these norms apply shall work according to the same to achieve our mission as well as vision objectives.
• Our Business norms do not allow anyone to whom these norms apply to discriminate in between on the basis of caste/creed/sex/age and so on.
• We divide our business goals into 3 parts- short, medium and long run and all to whom these norms apply shall act to well serve these goals.
• Any decision taken by management shall be conclusive in direction to achieve the business goals of Crystal India industries and are expected to be thoughtful as well as on the time. In case anyone at any level is not able to give a decision on time shall refer the case to his very next senior level so that a wise decision can be expected before delay.
• The financial, physical and intellectual property of Crystal India Industries must be protected suitably at all times and only used with proper authority in the interest of Crystal India Industries.
• All those to whom these norms apply must ensure that all operations under their charge in or of Crystal India Industries are in compliance with the law.
• All to whom these norms apply are expected to keep all the necessary data record of their job well compiled and easy to reach to support quick analysis and decisions.
• All to whom these norms apply shall respect the confidentiality required by the business and must ensure there is no breach of required confidentiality. The required confidentiality includes any information about company future plans,designs,flowcharts,drawings,documents whether in paper or electronic form or anything that could help the existing/potential competitors of Crystal India industries or could damage the reputation and goodwill of company.
• All to whom these norms apply shall protect the physical/intellectual/financial property of Crystal India Indutries and shall use them suitably according to their authority of access to those.
• All to whom thee norms apply are expected to keep a due respect to everyone in between regardless of their designation in the organization or their nature of job.
• All to whom these norms apply shall be open to every idea/suggestion coming both from inside and outside the organization. Crystal India industries believe that minds that generate ideas generate growth. The ideas can come from any level and shall be worked upon at appropriate level.
• Crystal India Industries supports free expression of opinion with adequate discipline.
• Crystal India Industries believes in the Corporate Social responsibility concept and all to whom these norms apply must follow the company’s CSR policy and contribute into it.
